For rabbits, we only provide vaccinations, parasite control and routine check-ups. We don't offer an emergency service or overnight hospitalisation. We focus on what we do best: routine medicine, prevention and planned surgery.

Which animals do you treat?
We are dedicated to dogs and cats across every area of the clinic. We also see rabbits, but only for preventive care: vaccinations, parasite control and routine check-ups. We aren't rabbit specialists, so for other problems we recommend a specialist vet.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we work by appointment to make sure every visit gets the time it deserves. You can request an appointment using our online form, by phone or on WhatsApp — we confirm within 24 hours.
What should I bring to the first appointment?
Your pet's health booklet or passport, their microchip number (if they have one) and any previous tests or results. If your pet takes any medication, please bring the packaging too.
How often should my pet be vaccinated?
It depends on the species, age and lifestyle. In general, dogs and cats need yearly boosters. At the first appointment we set up a personalised schedule and send you reminders.
Do you accept pet insurance?
Yes. We work with the main pet insurance providers in Portugal and provide all the paperwork you need for your claim.
