These Terms of Use govern the use of the website www.nossovet.pt and the NossoVet mobile app, operated by Patinhas Inquietas, Lda. (Portuguese tax number 518627799) under the NossoVet brand. By accessing and using the website or the app, you accept these terms.

The website provides information about NossoVet's veterinary services, ways to contact us and a form for appointment requests. The information published is general in nature and does not replace a veterinary consultation.

Mobile app — the app lets you view information about the clinic, request appointments, view your appointments and your animals' records made available by the clinic, and receive notifications. The account is personal, and you sign in with a code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account.

Requests made through the website or the app, with or without an account, are not a confirmed appointment until the clinic confirms them (by notification or email). The clinic team will contact you to confirm the date and time, depending on availability.

NossoVet does not provide an emergency service. In an emergency, contact a veterinary hospital with round-the-clock care.

The information shown in the app (vaccinations, dates, reminders) is for support only and does not replace advice from a veterinary surgeon. The official records are the clinic's. If in doubt, contact us.

Reminders about vaccinations and treatments are for guidance only; not receiving a reminder does not exempt you from following your animal's preventive care plan. You can stop receiving them at any time.

All website content, including text, images and logos, belongs to NossoVet. No part of it may be reproduced or distributed without prior permission.

We do our best to keep the information on the website and in the app accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be free of errors or interruptions. The app may be temporarily unavailable. We are not liable for any damage arising from the use of the website or the app. We may delete or suspend accounts in case of abusive use.

The website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of those websites.

How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes are published on this page, with the update date shown.
